Requirements

  • HCA or CNA preferred but not required (we’ll pay for your training)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, honest, energetic, and caring—ready to succeed as a professional Caregiver

Responsibilities

  • Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting support
  • Mobility assistance and safe transfers (following care plans)
  • Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
  • Meal preparation and hydration reminders
  • Medication reminders (non-medical) and routine support
  • Companionship, conversation, and engagement in daily activities
  • Support for clients with Alzheimer’s/dementia care needs (when applicable)
