Requirements
- HCA or CNA preferred but not required (we’ll pay for your training)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, energetic, and caring—ready to succeed as a professional Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting support
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers (following care plans)
- Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
- Meal preparation and hydration reminders
- Medication reminders (non-medical) and routine support
- Companionship, conversation, and engagement in daily activities
- Support for clients with Alzheimer’s/dementia care needs (when applicable)
