About The Position

This mission has been active for over 50 years, with 40,000 team members serving 50,000 individuals across the U.S. The position is for an Asleep Overnight Caregiver, working 28 hours per week on average, 7 days on and 7 days off, from Wednesday to Tuesday, 10 pm to 6 am. The caregiver will help people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships, and be trusted to do what's right for participants. They will take initiative to help participants engage in the community and enjoy activities, support developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and assist with personal hygiene. The role also involves supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Compassion, patience, and finding meaning in this work are key for a promising future at Sevita.
