About The Position
URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR MAGNOLIA LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client: SCHEULED HOURS: 19.5 HOURS, 5 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY-FRIDAY
Requirements
- Entry-level experience
Responsibilities
- Basic laundry
- Shopping and running errands
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility
- Home maintenance and basic housekeeping
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
- Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
- Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment.
