About The Position

OceanView at Falmouth is hiring for our Assisted Living and Legacy Memory Care, as well as our Falmouth House communities! We are currently seeking Part-Time and Per Diem PSS/Caregivers to join our team. Why OceanView? Your Role: At our Legacy Memory Care Community, you'll embrace a person-centered approach, recognizing each resident's unique history, preferences, and remaining abilities. Your role involves compassionately assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), fostering engagement in life enrichment programs, and diligently observing and reporting any changes in well-being or safety.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a similar environment is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience exercising good judgment in a variety of challenging circumstances is also required.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Current CPR certification or willingness to become certified within six months of hire.
