Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, nursing home, or similar)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to pass a national background check
Current CPR certification and TB test (or willingness to obtain)
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation

Nice To Haves

CNA experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, ambulation, and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and organizing
Assist with safe mobility (walker or wheelchair)
Provide medication reminders only (no medication administration)
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Document care using our mobile timekeeping and care app
Follow all safety, infection control, and agency policies
