We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver in Hartland, WI to provide companionship-focused care and daily support for an adult client in their home. Schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:00pm–8:00pm Fridays: 8:00am–4:00pm Every Other Weekend: 8:00am–12:00pm This schedule offers consistency and the opportunity to build a meaningful, ongoing connection with the client. Requirements

At least one year of caregiving or CNA experience
Dependable, patient, and genuinely compassionate nature
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
A heart for serving seniors and making a positive difference

Responsibilities

Prepare meals and assist with light cooking
Engage the client in enjoyable, meaningful activities that support mental and emotional well-being
Provide companionship, conversation, and positive social interaction
Offer occasional transportation to the senior center or medical appointments
Help create a calm, supportive environment where the client feels safe and respected
