Requirements
- Caregivers or CNAs with assisted living or memory care experience
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
- A heart for seniors and a desire to make a difference
- Reliable availability, including every other weekend
- Availability to work every other weekend is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Support individualized care plans
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Document care and communicate with the care team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
