Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Previous experience in caregiving or related field is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Background check and drug screening may be required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Monitor and document clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Administer medication as directed and ensure compliance with care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
