If so, BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley is actively hiring Day Shift Caregivers! ☀️ Day Shift Opportunities Available We are currently seeking caregivers for daytime shifts, primarily between 8:00am–4:00pm . While day shifts are our greatest need, we also offer flexible scheduling options with a variety of shifts , including short day shifts, evenings, and weekends—so you can create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. 💙 Why Work With BrightStar Care? Requirements
- Valid CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
- CPR certification and negative TB test or chest x-ray
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with client mobility
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or Personal Care Aide is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers
- Provide companionship and assist with errands, appointments, and daily activities
- Meal Prep and light housekeeping
- Support active and passive mobility exercises per the plan of care
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
