Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, honest, and caring, with a strong desire to help others

Nice To Haves

  • HCA (Health Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license preferred, but not required – we can pay for your HCA training

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
  • Deliver one-on-one in-home care with varying shift times based on client needs
  • Every shift is an opportunity for a Caregiver to make a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life.
