About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a trusted and award-winning in-home care agency, is looking for compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults in their own homes. Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and caring, with a strong desire to help others
Nice To Haves
- HCA (Health Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license preferred, but not required – we can pay for your HCA training
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
- Deliver one-on-one in-home care with varying shift times based on client needs
