As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will: Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who can no longer transport themselves Our primary areas of service are: Beacon Falls, Bethany, Cheshire, Hamden, Naugatuck, New Haven, North Haven, Prospect, Southington, Waterbury, Wolcott, Woodbridge Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire offers: Competitive pay $17.50 to $19.00 per hour plus short shift bonus Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients Employee recognition programs Easy timekeeping, scheduling and communication through our Mobile App Additional training and education as needed or desired to grow your skills
