About The Position

Senior Helpers – Southern Maryland is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team providing essential home care services across Southern Maryland. Requirements

• Maryland CNA/GNA certification or HHA credentials (required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized companion and personal care, supporting client safety, independence, and well-being
• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and favorite activities (walks, movies, games)
• Provide reliable transportation for errands, appointments, and shopping
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Support clients with mobility, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Report on client activities, health status, and behavioral changes
• Follow care plans developed by Registered Nurses
• Perform additional non-CNA functions as needed
