Caregiver/ Driver: Be the Bridge to Independence and Adventure

Senior Helpers - WaukeshaBrookfield, WI

About The Position

Many seniors in our community want to stay active and engaged, but they need a reliable pair of wheels and a friendly face to help them get there. At Senior Helpers of Waukesha, we are looking for Daytime Caregivers who believe that "home care" should include getting out of the house while also ensuring the home remains a safe, comfortable haven. As a caregiver and driver, you provide the freedom of the open road and the essential support that makes independent living possible. This role is the perfect blend of active community engagement and dedicated personal support. You are the key to a senior’s well-being, both inside and outside their front door. Community Outings & Transport: Take clients "out on the town"—whether it’s a trip to the park, grocery shopping, or a hair appointment. You are their bridge to the world. Daily Living Assistance (ADLs): Provide respectful, one-on-one help with essential daily activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and mobility. Nutritional Support: Plan and prepare enjoyable, healthy meals to keep your clients energized for their day. Light Housekeeping: Help keep the home environment tidy, safe, and organized so your clients can relax and thrive. Meaningful Companionship: Build genuine friendships through conversation and shared hobbies, making every hour of care count. We are an independently owned and operated team dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors across Waukesha County. Our mission is to provide compassionate care that improves the lives of our clients, their families, and our valued employees.
