This role is mission-critical to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enables clients to live safely and comfortably at home. Position Overview As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support and daily living assistance that directly enhances client dignity, independence, and quality of life. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (senior care preferred)
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs, transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attendance and reliability—clients depend on you
  • Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks (no felonies)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders and stand-by or hands-on assistance
  • Bedbound care for higher-acuity clients
  • Errands and tasks that improve the living environment
