Caregiver Coordinator/Trainer Visiting Angels is a home care agency located in Evansville, Indiana. Our office in Evansville provides caregivers for the local area including Vanderburgh, Princeton, Mt. Vernon, Newburgh, and many others. We are looking for a Caregiver Coordinator and Trainer to join our team. Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding Responsibilities Conduct caregiver interviews and participate in hiring decisions Coordinate and complete caregiver onboarding Lead caregiver orientation, including demonstrative skills check-offs at hire Training & Quality Assurance Perform and document skills demonstrations and competency check-offs Conduct caregiver charting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Support ongoing caregiver education and quality standards Caregiver Support & Retention Responsibilities Make outbound calls to caregivers regarding schedules and assignments Serve as a point of contact for caregiver questions and concerns Support caregiver retention through communication, follow-up, and engagement Office & Team Support Responsibilities Assist the Scheduler as needed Cover the front desk during the receptionist’s lunch hour Support daily office operations and maintain a professional front-office presence
