Caregiver/CNA Full Time AM shift
About The Position
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the day shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a supportive team, and building meaningful relationships with residents. This is more than a caregiving job — it’s an opportunity to provide comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to residents every day.
Requirements
- CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs
- Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency pendants
- Escort residents to activities and encourage engagement in community life
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments
- Document care and services provided according to care plans
