Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors (home care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
Nice To Haves
- CNA, HHA, or caregiving certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Help with transportation, errands, and appointments
- Offer medication reminders and wellness monitoring
- Observe and report changes in physical or cognitive condition
- Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
