Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors (home care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred)
CNA, HHA, or caregiving certification preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Comfortable working in homes with pets

Responsibilities

Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene
Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Help with transportation, errands, and appointments
Offer medication reminders and wellness monitoring
Observe and report changes in physical or cognitive condition
Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
