The dedicated Caregivers/CNAs will provide exceptional care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, promoting resident well-being, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
