AW Health Care is a women owned enterprise that prides itself in taking exceptional care of homebound clients through out the Metro St Louis area. Shift/Schedule: We are currently seeking individuals who want to work day shifts in the St Louis City and County areas (North, Central & South) who have some availability between a range of 7:00AM-7:00PM for shifts that can be two to six hours in length. Two weekends shifts are required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable/personal vehicle with auto insurance coverage
- Ability to work in homes with pets and smokers, preferred
- Must have at least one year of experience working as a Caregiver / CNA / Home Care Aide for geriatric patients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with clients with dementia is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene
- Light housekeeping, laundry, bed linen changes and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Client errands and companionship
