Requirements

• Willingness to complete all employment requirements
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to email and a smartphone
• Strong respect for client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

• Prior home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home
• Prepare nutritious meals with care
• Assist with transportation and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
• Follow individualized care plans
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Aiding with activities of daily living
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
• Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Providing companionship
