As a Caregiver, at The Pines of Richfield, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure they receive the highest level of care. Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required!
  • Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.
  • Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
  • Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Document care provided in a computerized charting system.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.
