About The Position

Our goal is to be the most desired agency for caregivers to work with. Our mission is to prioritize our caregivers, provide the most rewarding, positive work environment possible so that our caregivers are best positioned to prioritize the care of our clients. We have great incentives set up to retain the best caregivers. The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows. We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Requirements

CNA, HHA or PCA credentials
Exceptional communication skills
Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
Proof of current TB testing
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

Responsibilities

Companionship
Light cooking and cleaning
Bathing, grooming and toileting
Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
Transportation for appointments and errands
