To Do What: You will be responsible for administering IECs job placement program by ensuring a successful job transition experience for graduating students. Requirements

High School Diploma, required or Associate Degree, preferred
Solid understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, including superior problem solving, organization and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds
Ability to professionally represent the campus in the employment community
Ability to work independently and adapt to change
High energy, assertive, results driven and highly ethical
Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must

Responsibilities

Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC students and graduates.
Preparing students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development and job interview preparation.
