About The Position

Remington College is seeking a dedicated career services rep! If you’re a highly motivated professional, preferably with experience in job placement, staffing, recruitment, career counseling, public relations, customer service, or sales, and you have a desire to help others succeed, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Dallas Campus and assist in the career development of students and graduates, help us establish relationships with prospective employers, present employment opportunities to graduates, and help graduates in their job search.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required, an associate’s or higher preferred.
Ability to consistently meet established goals and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience in job placement, staffing, recruitment, sales, or inbound/outbound calling; familiarity with the DFW business community; and functional knowledge of word processing/spreadsheet software preferred.

Responsibilities

Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and always operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation.
Assists graduates with job placement.
Participates in student orientation sessions as assigned.
Assists with the arrangement/promotion of career fairs and similar events or activities.
Assists students with résumé and cover letter preparation and with interviewing techniques as requested.
Inputs graduate employment information and data and is primarily responsible for keeping that information current and for the integrity of the data.
Teaches courses as assigned.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
