Career Services Manager – HR/Strategy/Entrepreneurship This role serves as a strategic partner in advancing career outcomes for undergraduate students within the Marriott School of Business. The Manager, Business Career Development – HR/Strategy/Entrepreneurship acts as the primary liaison among students, faculty, recruiters, alumni, and industry leaders. Providing leadership for career preparation, internship and full-time placement, and employer engagement efforts. This position supports approximately 320 undergraduate students and plays a key role in advancing student career outcomes, enhancing employer engagement, and aligning career development initiatives with the Marriott School’s Vision, Mission, and Values. This is a full-time exempt position.
