Watch to learn more Job Summary Under the supervision of the Director and lead by Assistant Director of Employer Engagement, will act in a lead role in working with employers planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events connecting students with employment opportunities on behalf of the Career Development Center. A key focus of this role is to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with employers, fostering job development. In addition, this role manages the technical and complex aspects of the Career Services Manager system used by employers, students and staff to promote career services and increased employment outcomes for students. Furthermore, this position is responsible for providing services that are equitable, inclusive and provide culturally sensitive services that enhance the quality of campus life, retention, and graduation rate. This position uses a student centered and equity minded approach in all communication and service efforts.
