About The Position

BYU-Pathway Worldwide’s Human Resources team supports the organization’s mission, strategy, and educational offerings to nearly 75,000 students in 180 countries, as well as to service missionaries, employees, and partners. The Career Development Data Analyst is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on student employment outcomes at scale. This role focuses on quantitative analysis of career outcomes data to help BYU-Pathway understand what is happening as students move from education to employment, how outcomes vary across populations and pathways, and where improvement efforts should be focused. The analyst serves as a trusted source of quantitative truth for Career Development leadership by producing reliable metrics, dashboards, and analyses that inform strategy, program design, and resource allocation. This position emphasizes rigorous data analysis, clear reporting, and evidence-based insight.
