Connect & Support : Link participants to vital resources like housing, childcare, mental health services, and more to ensure long-term success. Prepare & Place : Provide job readiness support—resumes, applications, mock interviews—and actively match participants with employment opportunities. Lead & Facilitate : Conduct orientations, training sessions, and graduation events while supervising participants during on-site learning experiences. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years working with underserved communities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in case management, classroom facilitation, or supervision.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and comfort driving a company vehicle.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
