While delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service, and trusted results, the Career Agent will provide case-management services to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) customers. In this role, the Career Agent is responsible for delivering individualized services to help and support customers to achieve their employment goals and achieve self-sufficiency. This includes offering guidance in areas such as life-skills development, educational and vocational training, job readiness preparation, and overcoming employment barriers.
