As our Staffing Coordinator, you are the operational heartbeat — matching the right caregiver to the right client and keeping daily care running smoothly. Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Reasonable commute to Pottsville office
- Organized and dependable
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Staffing or scheduling experience helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Match caregivers with client schedules
- Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling
- Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Welcome and guide new caregivers
- Assist nearby offices when needed
- Help keep the care team informed and supported
