Care Team Manager (Medical Assistant) exists to lead and support Medical Assistants while ensuring workflows run smoothly and care is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with compassion. This role serves as a critical bridge between care teams and operations—helping create a seamless, organized, and high-quality experience for every member. In this role, you will: Lead and develop a team of Medical Assistants, providing real-time support, coaching, and guidance Partner closely with providers and care teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered care Help keep care delivery running smoothly by identifying gaps, removing friction, and improving workflows Directly impact member experience by ensuring care is timely, accurate, and easy to navigate This is a hands-on role for someone who: Enjoys developing people and helping teams stay organized and effective Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment Is comfortable balancing day-to-day team support with process improvement and problem-solving Takes ownership and follows through Wants their work to make a meaningful impact on both team performance and member care
