About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Team Leader will serve as a front-line leader, motivating and guiding nursing staff while collaborating with the interprofessional team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional emergency care to patients of all acuities and ages within a remarkable team of nurses, providers, and support staff. The Care Team Leader is also responsible for ensuring the delegation and supervision of care aligns with nurse practice acts and professional nursing standards.

Requirements

1 year ED clinical experience
Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin
CPR certification
ACLS and PALS certification or ability to obtain within 180 Days

Nice To Haves

Baccalaureate degree in nursing
1 year of experience in ED charge nurse role
5 years ED clinical experience
Certification as CEN or CPEN

Responsibilities
