Location: Princeton, IN Pay Rate: Competitive Pay from $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Available Shifts: Morning Shifts 8am-12pm Day Shifts 12pm-4pm Evening Shifts 4pm-8pm Overnight Shifts 8pm-8am Why Choose Home Instead? Requirements

Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
Possess a valid driver’s license or state identification
Possess valid auto insurance (if applicable for driving clients)
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations

Responsibilities

Companionship & Personal Care: Providing companionship and conversation
Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues
Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
Household Support: Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items
Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.)
Washing and ironing laundry
Health & Logistics: Providing medication and appointment reminders
Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
Providing specialized care, including Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia and Hospice care
Reporting: Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a client’s needs
Maintaining regular communication with your supervisor and the office staff
