We are hiring a Care Manager to own the client experience from start of care through ongoing service. This role is responsible for ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care and for owning and resolving escalations end-to-end when issues arise. You will be the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, working closely with caregivers and the office team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who: takes ownership of outcomes communicates proactively follows through until problems are fully resolved
