About The Position
Care Manager - Middlesex County - Part time - Hourly rate $43.00 - The areas highest quality behavioral healthcare providing care management services to clients which includes assessing and assisting with their needs and coordinating care in a warm and compassionate environment, 8 +/- hours per week, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday - The Care Manager will follow through and assist clients with their plan of care, and coordinate care services ensuring that those we serve receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
- NJ drivers license in good standing
- Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
- Ability to maintain composure under stress or in dealing with residents, staff, and families
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
