About The Position

Senior Helpers of Bolingbrook is a trusted provider of non-medical in-home senior care, helping seniors age safely, independently, and with dignity throughout the Southwest Suburbs. We are growing and seeking to expand our care management and business development team with a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about serving seniors and families. We are seeking a Care Manager / Marketer / Community Educator who thrives in the field, enjoys building professional relationships, and is motivated to grow a defined territory. This role blends care management, community education, and healthcare marketing, making it ideal for someone with a background in healthcare, social work, or case management. You will be supported by a strong national brand, proven marketing systems, and an engaged local office team.

Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
  • Passion for serving the elderly is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, social work, or case management background strongly preferred
  • LMSW or LBSW preferred
  • Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), LPN, or RN considered
  • Experience working with seniors, families, or healthcare systems
  • Outside sales, healthcare marketing, or community outreach experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and other community partners
  • Conduct regular in-person outreach and relationship-building visits
  • Present Senior Helpers services at staff meetings, trainings, and community events
  • Educate professionals and families on dementia and Parkinson’s care
  • Manage leads and follow-up using CRM systems
  • Track outreach activity and provide weekly reports
  • Conduct client assessments and collaborate with office staff to ensure timely start of care
  • Participate in periodic on-call rotation
