This role would work Monday through Friday during daylight hours. This role is eligible to work from home, however occasional travel on-site to the Quantum One Building in Pittsburgh and other UPMC facilities throughout Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Western Maryland is required as needed for training. The Care Management Operations Specialist assesses UPMC Care Management staff training needs, schedules/plans/delivers training classes, and maintains records of training activities for system-wide Care Management staff. They coordinate and support Care Management information systems, processes and procedures and assure that all processes and training are compliant with regulatory requirements. The Operations Specialist responds to procedural questions and provides high level of technical and general support to the end user. Additionally, they assist in the facilitation of all information system changes and enhancements, develop appropriate training material content, and assist in the technical component of the training program.
