About The Position

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking an Interim Care Management Clinical Nurse Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of the Care Management Department by: participating in staff performance evaluations, interviewing, hiring, and counseling of employees; investigating concerns on patient care safety; coordinating quality improvement activities and staff development/education; and performing other duties to facilitate nursing care for patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and holds a current license in State of West Virginia.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience.
• Demonstrate competence in management and leadership skills.
• Should maintain skills in order to relate to changing care needs.
• BLS required.

Nice To Haves

• MSN or MHA preferred.
• Member of a professional organization
• Certification in nursing specialty.
