As a Care Coordinator you will provide amazing customer service for patients from their first interaction through their last. You are the first and last impression for our patients and must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Make our patients feel welcomed and valued, while also controlling the flow of the appointment. Respond to all patient phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. You will guide our patients entirely through our out-of-network experience. Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. Follow the company SPEAR-IT values; Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork. You maintain a high copay collections rate. You show up ten minutes early and you understand the urgency behind our patientâs need for help and healthcare You enter patient data with a high accuracy rate
