About The Position
Senior Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join our team in our Woods Cross office. This position provides remote clinical support to providers caring for patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Unlike many MA roles, this position is fully office-based and does not require travel or direct patient rooming. Instead, you will play a key role supporting providers and coordinating care behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for an MA who enjoys organization, care coordination, and working with providers in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Active Utah Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) certification
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant, CNA, or care coordination experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable working in an EHR and managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative support to providers seeing patients in facilities
- Manage EHR documentation and patient data entry
- Pend prescription refill requests for provider review
- Coordinate patient referrals and diagnostic testing
- Perform telephone communication with facilities and care staff
- Assist with care coordination and follow-up tasks
- Support providers with workflow and daily clinical operations
