About The Position

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at their Brooklyn Heights clinic. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued, controlling appointment flow, and providing 5-star customer service. They are expected to respond to all communications promptly and guide patients through their out-of-network experience. Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Hospitable, welcoming, and team-orientated

Responsibilities

Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued
Control the flow of appointments
Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours
Guide patients through the out-of-network experience
Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile
Execute 5-star customer service
