Requirements

• Problem-Solving Prowess: You see a scheduling conflict as a challenge to be solved, not a headache.
• The "Goldilocks" Personality: You are a "people person" who is kind and empathetic, yet firm enough to handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment.
• The Details Matter: You have a meticulous eye for detail—nothing slips through the cracks.
• Local Heart: A desire to make a tangible difference in the Towson/Baltimore community.
• Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced admin role is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a CNA or in-home caregiver is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client visit schedules using our specialized software.
• Act as the primary link between our wonderful caregivers and our local clients/families.
• Use your intuition and data to pair the right caregiver with the right client based on personality and skill.
• Ensure the well-being of our clients while advocating for the professional needs of our caregivers.
• Keep caregiver schedules optimized while ensuring every detail of the client's care plan is met.
• Assist in the "ground floor" hiring, recruiting, and orientation of the best care team in Maryland.
