About The Position
Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred– Spanish) | Part-Time | Corona, CA All Star Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support our San Jacinto clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment! Pay Range: $18-$19/Hour Schedule: Part-Time (4 days a week= 20-30 hours) Bilingual Spanish Speaker is a plus!
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred!
Responsibilities
- Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
