About The Position

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Overnight Care Assistants Needed – Private In-Home Care (N. Lee’s Summit/S. Blue Springs Area) Apply Once and be considered for all of QCKC's positions! We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit . This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior). Preferred Schedule: 🕖 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Additional hours may be available for the right fit. This client is 7days a week, 24hrs each day. About the Client: She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with: Restroom needs Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important) Light housekeeping Transfers (some lifting required, but not heavy )

Requirements

Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely
Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial , as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
Compassionate, patient, and attentive
Experience in life with Caregiving or professionally
Must be 18 years or older
Must hold a valid Driver's License
Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
