Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the cardiology patient care areas; directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health or Science
• 5-7 years of clinical nursing
• Previous Management and Computer skills
• BLCS
• ACLS
• Compile and Analyze Reports
• Compose applicable policies and procedures
• Compose letters/memoranda
• Coordinate meetings
• Develop office procedures
• Interview others
• Proven written and editing skills
• Research information
• Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
• Strong computer skills
• Deals effectively with community/consumers
• Demonstrated advocate for quality and cost effective care
