Specialty: Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Longview, TX Service Setting: Inpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: Mar 20 -28, 2026 Coverage Type: Call Only Call Coverage: ED and Cath Lab call Shifts needed to be filled: - Mar 20 (7a) - 28 (7a) Call Schedule: 7a -7a; 24 -hr Call Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30mins Admissions: Yes Support Staff: RNs, MAs, PA/NPs, Office Staff Procedures: - Vascular Surgery; Aneurysm repairs, Thoracic, Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral, Vascular access devices, AV shunt - General CV/thoracic surgery; Open, Endoscopic, Coronary artery bypass surgery; On pump, Off pump, - Congenital defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.) - Valvular repair; Valvular replacement - Aneurysm repair; Cardiac, Aorto -thoracic - Lung resection (including VATs) - Chest wall or pleural procedures - Esophagus and diaphragm surgeries - Permanent pacemaker placement, AICD (Automatic Internal Cardiac Defibrillator), Left ventricular assist devices - TAVR, CABG, - Vent Management, Bronchoscopy, Eval. And management of acute vol/BP issues - Insertion of Central line, Insertion of Arterial line, Insertion of PA catheter, Insertion of IABP - Vascular Skills; General Vascular surgery: Open, Endovascular, - aorto -abdominal - Bypass procedures - aorto -femoral/iliac: Fem -pop - Endarterectomy: Carotid, Renal - Subclavian steal procedure Trauma Level: III EMR: Athena/MedHost Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

- BC
- Must be able to perform Vascular surgeries.
