With a team of 13 cardiologists, experienced Advanced Practice Providers, and a robust clinical support staff, the group delivers comprehensive, patient-centered cardiac care across multiple locations. Known for its strong reputation and commitment to clinical excellence, the practice has played a vital role in improving heart health throughout the community for years. The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in the Daytona Beach area. This role offers a dynamic mix of both outpatient and inpatient cardiology, providing exposure to a wide range of cardiovascular conditions while working alongside experienced providers in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Highlights Full-time, permanent NP or PA position Based in Daytona Beach with responsibilities across affiliated hospitals Monday–Friday schedule for strong work-life balance Rotating weekend call (~1 weekend per month) Blend of clinic and hospital-based cardiology care Strong mentorship and training available

Requirements

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active, unrestricted Florida license (or ability to obtain)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach

Nice To Haves

  • Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
  • Open to training strong new graduates, especially those with cardiovascular RN experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in both clinic and hospital settings
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of cardiac conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists and fellow APPs
  • Participate in inpatient consults, rounding, and follow-up care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across all settings
