About The Position
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Cardiology Boca Raton, FL MyCardiologist, a well-established cardiology practice serving South Florida for over 60 years, is continuing to grow and is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to the team. Now partnered with CVAUSA and Novocardia, the group offers the stability of a long-standing local practice with the support and resources of a larger cardiovascular network. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of outpatient care with some hospital exposure, while working in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active, unrestricted Florida license
- Acute care certification required
Nice To Haves
- Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on patient care
Responsibilities
- Primarily clinic-based in Boca Raton
- Manage cardiovascular patients, including follow-ups and ongoing care
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and manage treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and fellow APPs
- Participate in hospital rounding with the team
- Shared weekend call rotation (approximately 1 weekend per month)
- Consistent daytime schedule
